My name is Tessa Pasquill and I am an integrative counsellor. I offer a confidential and non-judgemental counselling service for both individuals and couples.
Counselling is a very personal process and as a counsellor using integrative techniques I have trained in various and differing approaches that enable me to adapt the counselling process to your presenting issues, needs and/ or personality. This way of working helps to create counselling sessions that are personalised to you. I typically use a mixture of Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Transactional Analysis (TA). What you bring to the counselling sessions is entirely your decision.
I worked for a mental health charity in Bolton for 4 years and with the NHS Children and Adults Bereavement Service for over 2 years. Currently, I work within the NHS Counselling Service and for a mental health assessment centre.
